- Wells moved to KARE 11 in Greater Minneapolis as a multimedia reporter. Here, she handled several tasks on her own including researching stories, shooting, writing, and editing them.
- After her two years’ stay in KARE 11, Shayne became a radio show host of BUZ’N@102.9 (now 102.9 The Wolf) in Minneapolis, MN, known for playing country hits.
- She then became an On-Air Lifestyle expert of Evine Live, a cable home-shopping network. Her presence also helped drive sales of some of the world’s strongest fashion brands.
- In September 2014, Wells started working on Fox 9 as a news producer and main writer. She mentioned in one of her interviews that she’s fine not being on-camera and producing.
- Later, Wells ended up co-hosting ‘The Jason Show’, a daily one-hour entertainment show. It was a huge hit, and 21st Century Fox allowed them to have a national test. They’re now streaming worldwide on Hulu & full episodes are available same-day on YouTube.
