Pink talked about some of her favorite products to SELF. She revealed her favorite skincare products and tricks. "I like serums," she says. "I like La Mer. I like SkinCeuticals C E Ferulic serum. My skin changes every couple of years. If at one point I needed an active serum, now I don't. I love Koh Gen Do Spa Water to take off my makeup. That's my very favorite thing, possibly in the entire world."

In her SELF interview, Pink talked about how she takes care of her hair. "Right now I use Olaplex on my hair," she says. "And before that, I used OI. I have really short hair. I've been growing my hair for 15 years and my hair's like, two centimeters long. I leave conditioner in my hair all day long, and I wash my hair probably twice a week now."

One thing Pink does to both relax and recover is take salt baths. She tells SELF, "I also am a huge proponent of pink Himalayan salt baths anytime I don't feel good in any way. If I feel sad, if I feel under the weather, if I feel fatigued, if I feel sore: pink Himalayan salt baths. It's like magic." Salt baths can help with sore or hurt muscles and with relaxation.

Throughout her career, Pink has been subjected to criticism from the media. Especially in the 2000s. However, she doesn't let it bother her. "I was the perfect person to take all of that flak," she says to Women's Health. "I have very thick skin. I do what I want. I can handle criticism; it doesn't move my needle. It hurts my feelings, I guess—or it used to. But it doesn't change my actions."

Pink has a busy life. She tells Women's Health that she prioritizes her downtime for this reason. "In my career, I'm around so many people with so much energy directed at me," she says, "And I also make noise for a living. So it's important for my mental health to unplug and be in nature." Pink says that the pandemic was helpful to her, and that it took her three years to make her newest album.
